These are the firm facts. Everything else we explain below as something worth confirming.

• Cities. Premium Dating Mexico introduces people in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara. You can see each one on the pages for Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara.
• Language. The site is in Spanish and English, and you can message us on WhatsApp in either. The sign-up process and the legal notices are also available in both languages.
• The account is free. Name, email, phone and password, plus confirming you are over 18 and accepting the privacy notice. No ID is requested at this step.
• The service is an introduction, not a promised date. Membership gives access to the catalog, never to a meeting, and nobody pays for a date. It is free for women.

Nothing we can state here makes having the account or membership depend on your nationality, but there are practical details, such as the identity document or the payment method, that are worth asking about in your case.

02What to confirm on WhatsApp before you register

Not everything is set down in writing for every situation, and we would rather tell you so than promise something we cannot deliver. Message us before creating the account and ask the following; a person on the team answers, with no commitment.

• Which identity document we accept. ID is requested once, before your first interest or connection, and only the team sees it. If your document is not Mexican, confirm on WhatsApp which one works and how to send it. Confirm before you start.
• Whether you can register a foreign phone number. The phone is part of the sign-up; if you use a number from another country, ask whether there is any requirement.
• How to pay from outside Mexico. SPEI transfers and deposits at stores such as OXXO, Soriana, Kiosko, Chedraui and Farmacias del Ahorro are methods designed for people with access to banks or stores in Mexico. We do not accept cards. If you live abroad, ask how to do it before creating your account.
• Whether your city is covered. If you live in another city in Mexico or in another country, ask whether it makes sense to register now or whether it is better to wait. If you would rather we let you know when there are profiles, you can leave your request in the free form Tell us what you are looking for.
• Residency and stay permits. We do not give immigration advice. For entry, stay and permits, consult the official website of the National Migration Institute (INM) and the Mexican consulate in your country.

03Payments, privacy and data when you live in another country

If you register from outside Mexico, three precautions help avoid problems.

• Pay only through the channel the process shows you. After you create your account, the membership process tells you how to pay. Do not pay through direct messages on social media or to someone who wrote to you first; read the guide on advance-deposit scams.
• Keep your receipt. It is the record of your payment. It is uploaded to the system and the account is activated when the team confirms it; we do not promise an exact time.
• Read the privacy notice. It explains which data is requested, why and for how long. It is in the Privacy Notice, also available in English.

04If you are going to travel to meet someone: safety and logistics

Traveling to meet someone you only know through messages calls for more care than a date in your own city. These ideas work in any destination in Mexico.

• First date by day and in a public place. A coffee or a meal, with limited time, and no plans involving a hotel or shared transport.
• Your own lodging and transport. Book your hotel through official channels and get around on your own. Each person arrives and leaves independently.
• Share your itinerary with someone you trust. Lodging address, place and time of the date, and a message when it is over.
• Check official sources. Before traveling, look at the current travel advisory from the US State Department at travel.state.gov, or from your own government, for the state you will visit. Advisories change: confirm the date of the last update.
• Do not accept pressure to travel quickly. If the other person insists that you buy tickets or pay something in advance, that is a red flag.

05Language and culture: small things that help

Not everyone speaks English with the same fluency, and a message in Spanish, even a simple one, is usually received warmly. A translation app can help, as long as it does not replace the conversation.

• Learn a few key phrases. Greeting, thanking and suggesting a plan in Spanish shows interest. We have Spanish phrases and WhatsApp for a first date.
• Pace of conversation. Reply calmly and avoid pushing for a video call or for photos from day one.
• Times and distances. A city like Mexico City can mean long trips; one neighborhood per date works better.
