Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its applicable regulations.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Premium Dating Mexico (the “Service”), operated by Premium Dating Mexico, with address at CDMX, Mexico City, is responsible for the collection, use and protection of your personal data. Privacy contact: [email protected]. Website: premiumdating.online.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Directly from you, when you write to us through WhatsApp: your name or alias, phone number, the content of your messages and any information you voluntarily share (for example, city, age, interests and what you are looking for).
  • If you chat with Carolina, the website’s virtual assistant (artificial intelligence): the content of your messages and her replies, the date and time and, if you have an account, your user. Conversations are stored, and our team may review them to improve the service and to ensure safe use. Do not share passwords, bank details or documents in that chat.
  • If you leave a search request (“Tell us what you are looking for”): your name, email, phone (optional), the city and age range you are looking for, your note and, if you are already a member, your user. We use them only to email you when a profile matches and so the team understands your search; the alerts never mention any individual. The request expires 90 days after you confirm it, you can cancel it at any time from the link in any email, and we delete it at most 90 days after that. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days.
  • Automatically, when you browse this website: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed and interactions, such as clicking the WhatsApp button, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Sensitive data. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website. If you choose to share sensitive data during a conversation (for example, data about your health or your sexual life), we will process it only with your express consent and only for the purposes needed to provide the Service. We do not ask for card numbers or banking passwords through this website; if you upload a payment receipt, section 3 applies.

3. Applicants, members and catalog profiles

If you complete the application form to join the catalog, we collect your name, age, email address, phone number (optional), city and country, a personal description, your photographs and a copy of your official ID.

We use this data to confirm your email, verify that you are over 18 and that the photographs are yours, assess your application and, only if you authorize it and your application is approved, create a profile in a private catalog visible only to verified members and to the project investors. Investors only see your watermarked photographs, first name, age and city; never your phone number, description or contact details. Only if you authorize it separately, a limited version of your profile (main photograph with a watermark, first name, age and city) may also be shown, for a few days, to people who buy a preview and are not yet members; never your phone number, description or more photographs.

  • The copy of your ID is seen only by our team, never by members. We delete it once verification is complete and, in any case, no later than 30 days after your application is resolved.
  • If you do not confirm your email, we delete your application and files after 7 days. If your application is not approved, we delete your data and photographs after 30 days.
  • Your phone number and contact details are not published. They are shared only with verified members, through us and with the consent you give us.
  • Your photographs are shown only inside the private area, with a watermark identifying the member viewing them and with download protections.
  • If your profile has an optional private login (we switch it on), you can log in with your email to see the gentlemen who marked interest in you or unlocked your contact: their name, age, photograph and how long they have been members, and the phone number of those who unlocked your contact. You can also acquire (for a fee) the phone number of the gentlemen who marked interest in you. You can ask us to switch that access off at any time.
  • You can withdraw your consent, ask us to hide or delete your profile and exercise your ARCO rights at any time by writing to [email protected].

Your ID is not used for any other purpose.

If you are a member, you may — optionally — upload your own photographs. Before you mark interest for the first time or use a connection, we ask you, once, for a copy of your ID to verify your identity (we read it with the help of artificial intelligence and our team reviews anything doubtful):

  • Your ID is seen only by our team. Your photographs are seen by our team and never by other members. In addition, when you mark interest in a woman or unlock her contact, and only if she has an optional private login, she can see your name, age, photograph and how long you have been a member and, if you unlock her contact, or if she decides to acquire your number after your interest, your phone number as well. The project investors only see figures (how many members there are and how many joined); never your name, details or photographs.
  • The copy of your ID is deleted once verification is complete and, in any case, no later than 30 days after. We keep only the result (verified or not), the name and the date of birth you provided.
  • You can delete your photographs at any time from your account and exercise your ARCO rights by writing to [email protected].

If you create a member account on this website:

  • We collect your name, email, phone number, what you are looking for (optional) and a password, which we store encrypted. We use them to create your account, communicate with you and activate it.
  • To protect our members and the people in the catalog, we ask for a copy of your official ID (INE, passport or driver licence) to confirm that you are a real person and that your name is real. An artificial intelligence tool from OpenAI reads the document (name, date of birth, validity and whether it looks genuine) and our team reviews anything doubtful. We do this only with your consent, which you give before uploading it.
  • Only our team sees your ID, never other members or the women in the catalog. We delete the copy within 30 days of the verification at most; we keep the result, your name and your date of birth.
  • To activate the membership we ask you to upload your payment receipt (photo, screenshot or PDF). It may show details of your account or your bank. Only our team sees it, never other members, and we use it only to verify your payment.
  • If a receipt is not accepted, we delete it within 30 days at the latest. Accepted receipts are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.
  • If you create an account and do not complete the payment, we delete your data after 90 days. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to [email protected].
  • If you buy the preview before activating the membership, you can see a limited sample of profiles (main photograph, first name, age and city) for a few days, without marking interest or using connections. We keep your approved payment receipt like any other, and that payment is credited toward your membership if you activate it within the stated period.

If you are a member, we also record your activity in the private area:

  • At each login we store the date and time, your IP address, the type of device and browser, your time zone and an approximate location (city, region and country) derived from the IP address. We do not use GPS and we do not ask for access to your device’s location.
  • We record which catalog pages and profiles you open.
  • To obtain the approximate location we send your IP address to an IP geolocation provider (or use the information supplied by our network provider). We do not send your name or any other data.
  • We use this information for the security of your account, to prevent fraud and unauthorized access, to run the Service and to understand how the catalog is used. We keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it.

4. Purposes

Primary purposes (necessary for the Service):

  • Answer your requests for information and keep in touch with you.
  • Explain the Service and manage your enrollment request.
  • Provide the matchmaking service, access to the catalog and private introductions.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Secondary purposes (not necessary, but they help us improve):

  • Measure the performance of our advertising and improve the website (analytics and Meta Pixel).
  • Send you news or offers about the Service.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, tell us by email or by message at any time. This will not affect the Service.

5. Transfers and sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We will not share your data with other members or third parties to make an introduction without your consent. We may share data with:

  • OpenAI (United States), our artificial intelligence provider: it receives the image of your ID when you upload it to be verified, with your consent, and the messages you type in the chat with Carolina to generate her replies; it never receives your password or payment details. This involves a transfer of data abroad.
  • Service providers that help us operate (messaging platform, hosting, technology), who may only use the data on our behalf.
  • Meta Platforms, through WhatsApp and the Meta Pixel, and Google, through Google Analytics (see section 6).
  • Competent authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website may use measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics (Google) to learn how many people visit the site and click the WhatsApp button, and to evaluate and optimize our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google. These tools may collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view and the click on the WhatsApp button, and may use cookies. The destination guides also load Stay22 (hotel booking links and booking pop-ups), which may use cookies and may pay us a commission if you book through its links, at no extra cost to you. Each provider processes this information under its own privacy policy. The content of your WhatsApp conversations is not shared with this website.

If you use the chat with Carolina, the site stores one functional cookie (pdm_chat) that identifies your conversation in that browser for 180 days. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and manage the ads you see in your Facebook, Instagram and Google ad preferences.

7. Your rights (ARCO) and consent withdrawal

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it if it is inaccurate, Cancel it, and Oppose its processing, as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, send a request to [email protected] including: your full name, a way to reply to you, a clear description of the data and right you wish to exercise, and a document proving your identity. We will reply within the terms set by law.

8. Limiting the use or disclosure of your data

You can ask us to stop using your data for secondary purposes or to remove you from our contact lists by writing to the same email address.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure.

10. Adults only

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Consent

By contacting us through WhatsApp or by continuing to use this website, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Notice and consent to the processing of your data as described. For sensitive data, we will request your express consent.

12. Authority

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority in charge of personal data protection held by private parties.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice. Any change will be published on this page with the new update date.
