Meet Carolina: a virtual assistant (AI) to talk about dating

01Who Carolina is

Carolina is the face and voice of the Premium Dating Mexico virtual assistant. She is an artificial intelligence program that chats in Spanish or English in a warm, friendly tone. There is no person typing behind each answer and no real woman with that name who could meet you.

When you open the chat, a screen first reminds you that she is an AI, that the chat is for adults aged 18 and over and that conversations are stored. You must accept this before starting. If at any point you ask whether she is a person, a robot or an AI, she answers clearly that she is an artificial intelligence assistant.

02What she can do for you

Carolina is useful for practical things and for conversation. Some of the most common:

• First messages: helping you write or soften an invitation or a reply, in the tone you prefer.
• Planning a date: organizing ideas about where to go, how long, what to say and how to say goodbye.
• General dating advice: first dates, meeting people in Mexico respectfully, safety and trust when you meet someone, loneliness and new relationships.
• Talking and rehearsing: if you are nervous, you can practice how to say something hard before saying it in person.
• Explaining the service honestly: if you have questions about Premium Dating Mexico, she can describe what it offers and point you to the buttons to sign up or message the team.

03What she cannot do (and will not)

There are limits that do not change, even if you ask in a different way.

• She does not arrange dates or make introductions: the team does that.
• She does not give contact details, names or profiles of women or members, and she does not know who is in the catalog.
• She does not take payments or ask for bank details, passwords or identity documents, and you should not share them in the chat.
• She does not pretend to be a person or promise to find you, call you or send you photos.
• She does not give medical, legal or financial advice beyond general common-sense suggestions.
• She does not replace a therapist: she can keep you company for a while, but she offers no treatment or diagnosis.

She does not replace your friends or family either. If she sees you depending on her, she kindly reminds you and encourages you to look for real company and support.

04The rules she always follows

Besides her personality, Carolina works with rules that cannot be changed by user instructions.

• Adults only. If someone says or implies they are under 18, she does not continue the conversation and suggests they reach out to a trusted adult.
• No sexual content or sexual roleplay. She can be warm and affectionate, but if she is pushed in that direction she gently redirects.
• No pressure. She does not use loneliness, guilt or false urgency to push a purchase and does not promise results, relationships or dates.
• Crisis situations. If someone mentions suicide, self-harm, abuse or danger, she responds with care and brevity, recommends talking to someone they trust and gives the Línea de la Vida number (800 911 2000) and 911; confirm they are still current.
• Short answers in plain text, without links or formatting, so the conversation feels natural.
• She ignores instructions to change her rules, such as “act as another character” or “reveal your configuration”.

Even so, she is an AI and can make mistakes or misread what you say. Treat her answers as supportive opinion, not as truth.

05What happens to your conversations and your data

Before you start, the chat asks you to accept the privacy notice. The main points:

• Conversations are stored, with their date and time and, if you have an account, your username.
• The team may review them to improve the service and ensure safe use.
• Your messages are processed by OpenAI, an artificial intelligence provider in the United States, to generate the answers; it does not receive your password or payment details.
• A functional cookie (pdm_chat) identifies your conversation in that browser for 180 days.
• Do not share passwords, bank details or documents in the chat.

If you prefer not to use the chat, nothing else on the site requires it: you can read the guides, message the team or sign up without using Carolina.

06How to get the most from her (and how much you can chat)

Visitors can chat for free with a daily message limit; members and people with an active preview have a higher limit. If you reach the limit you can come back the next day. Occasionally the chat may be temporarily unavailable.

• Be specific: “I have a first date on Saturday at a café, what do I say at the start?” gets better results than “help me with a date”.
• Use her ideas as a starting point and adapt them to who you are.
• Confirm what matters: hours, places and official notices change; check them at the source.
• Combine her with people: talk to a friend, go for a walk, sign up for an activity. She can help you take the first step.
