01Safety rules for paying any introduction service

Scams involving dating services usually share something: haste, an improvised channel and an advance payment with no clear explanation. These rules work for any service, ours included.

• Pay only through the official channel. Payment details should appear inside the service's own process, after you create your account. If someone who says they work there sends them by direct message, be wary.
• Never pay through social media or to a personal account that wrote to you first. A person who contacts you without being sought out and asks for an urgent deposit, promising a date, is the typical fraud pattern. Read more in our guide on advance-deposit scams.
• Do not let yourself be pressured. No legitimate offer disappears in an hour. If someone is rushing you, use it as a reason to ask questions and wait.
• Ask what the payment includes. What you receive, from when and what is not included. Get it clear before, not after.
• Keep the receipt and the reference. A screenshot or PDF of the transaction, with date, amount and reference, is your proof.
• Check the beneficiary name. Many banks show the name before you confirm the transfer. Check that it matches what the service told you.

02How payment works at Premium Dating Mexico

The process is designed so you know what you are paying for before you pay. These are the steps as they work today.

• 1. You create your account, which is free. Name, email, phone and password. No ID is requested at this step.
• 2. You review the membership and agree to pay. There you see what it includes and what it costs. It is a one-time payment of $1,000 MXN, with one connection included; a second connection costs $200 MXN.
• 3. You pay by bank transfer or with cash at stores. You can make a bank transfer (SPEI) or a cash deposit at stores such as OXXO, Soriana, Kiosko, Chedraui and Farmacias del Ahorro. The exact details appear inside the process after you create your account, and we do not publish them on this page.
• 4. You upload the receipt. We accept JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF. If you picked the wrong file, you can replace it.
• 5. You wait for confirmation. Your account is activated when the team confirms the receipt. A person is behind that review, so it can take a while; we do not promise an exact time.

There is no subscription and no automatic charges: you pay once. We also do not accept card payments; if anyone asks you for a card in the name of the service, confirm with us on WhatsApp first.

03What you pay and what you get: membership, second connection and preview

So the numbers do not get mixed up, here is how each item works.

• Membership: $1,000 MXN, one-time payment. It gives access to the reserved catalog and includes one connection with the profile you choose. Creating the account and marking "Me interesa" cost nothing.
• Second connection: $200 MXN. If you later want another connection, it is paid separately. There are no automatic charges.
• Preview: $200 MXN. If you are not yet sure it is for you, you can buy a read-only preview, with a sample of profiles, for 14 days. That payment is credited toward the membership if you activate it within 30 days, so you only pay the difference. Only one preview can be bought per account.

04Invoices and recording the expense

Some people need to document an expense, for example someone with a business activity. It is a legitimate question and worth asking before paying, not after.

• Ask before paying. Message us on WhatsApp and ask whether a tax receipt can be issued in your case. We do not assume yes or no without confirming it with you.
• Keep your payment receipt. It is your proof of the transaction, even if it is not an invoice.
• Confirm with your accountant. How to record or deduct this kind of expense depends on your tax situation and we cannot advise you on that: confirm with your accountant.

05Doubts about the terms: ask before paying

If anything is unclear about the scope of the service, the timelines or what happens if your expectations change, ask about the terms on WhatsApp before paying. A person on the team answers you. You do not need to create an account to ask.
